TILT-TURN WINDOW
Tilt-and-turn windows are an alternative to traditional tilt-and-turn windows, with a reverse opening sequence – when you turn the handle, the window first tilts, and only then opens. For proper operation of a tilt-and-turn window, a special TBT handle with a lock (key or button) is required. This system has additional security – the window can be tilted without releasing the lock in the handle, but it cannot be opened completely. Laminated glass is a type of glass consisting of two or more layers of individual panes of glass bonded together by a flexible separating layer. Fused glass is characterised by the fact that it does not break into small fragments when it breaks – instead, radially spreading cracks form from the point of impact and, in the event of damage, the glass fragments remain bonded to the film layer. Fused glass is classified into ten classes, of which the higher the class, the greater the resistance of the glass to puncture and breakage. They are most often used for the production of safety or burglar-proof glass.
